About Us

Both Jennifer and Gregory have experience in the medical field, Jennifer as a physiotherapist and Gregory as a radiologist. When Jennifer began her career as a physiotherapist, most children she treated had a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. She observed daily how challenging it is for children with cerebral palsy to reach their goals regarding mobility without proper therapy and/or therapeutic equipment. Gaps in funding for necessary services and equipment leave individuals and families in difficult financial situations. Both Jennifer and Gregory agreed that when the opportunity arose that they would start a foundation to help both children and adults with cerebral palsy. The JGL Foundation was established in November of 2014.

In 2014 the JGL Foundation began giving out grants to individuals with cerebral palsy.  Over the past 5 years, we have had the privilege of being able to give $130,308 in grants to over 100 individuals.
